By electronically placing a bid on any items Marcus Unlimited or Marcus James Christian has up for auction on any online auction site (Ebay, etc.) you agree to abide by all of the "auction only" terms listed below. Which are as a whole the basic industry standards of conduct for ANY online auction transactions. Set forth originally by reputable companies such as Ebay!
- You agree to pay Marcus James Christian or Marcus Unlimited the final auction closing price up to the maximum bid price you entered through the online auction site's bid form, as well as all shipping and handling fees stated in the auction ad for the item upon which you bid. You agree to pay Marcus James Christian or Marcus Unlimited as soon as you possibly can with no longer than 10 business days from date of auction close to your payment for your item and all shipping and handling fees.
- You agree to leave a positive feedback for Marcus Unlimited on the auction site of said item within 30 days of recieveing your item if; your item is postage stamped with the shipping agencies official date stamp (USPS, UPS, etc.) within 5 business days of your payment being received by Marcus James Christian or Marcus Unlimited, and your item is to any definition as was described in the auction ad and adjoining web sites relative to your purchase,
- You agree that you will not leave a "neutral" or "negative" feedback about Marcus Unlimited or Marcus James Christian without first contacting Marcus at marcus@marcusunlimited.com or via telephone at (209) 526-4147, communicating your concern and allowing Marcus James Christian or any authorized representative of Marcus Unlimited at least 60 days to create some type of fair and reasonable solution if any aspect of the transaction was not to you liking. Marcus Unlimited strives for 100% complete customer happiness and satisfaction regarding his products and must be given the full opportunity to do so with you!
